Blueserv: New locations in Austria and India

Hosokawa Alpine Blueserv continues to expand its global service network and has opened new branches in India and Austria.

The Blueserv hub in India is located at the headquarters of Hosokawa Micron India in Chennai and commenced operations in May 2025. The Blueserv hub in Austria is located at the headquarters of Hosokawa Alpine Austria in Vienna and has been active since March 2025. In both countries, the focus is on after-sales service in the field of mechanical process engineering; in India, the focus is also on blown film extrusion.

Decentralisation and greater customer proximity

"With the newly established Blueserv hub, we are specifically strengthening our service presence in South Asia. The opening in India marks a significant step in our strategy to decentralise the service. By being close to our customers, we can not only respond more quickly and efficiently to their needs, but also act proactively so that our customers can run their operations safely and smoothly. The new Blueserv hub in Chennai was opened with a festive ceremony on 14 May, 2025.
